Our buyers receive a Buyers Book with up-to-date information on neighborhoods and available properties that meet their criteria. When a buyer makes a final selection and is ready to submit an offer, we furnish price histories and averages on comparable properties to help determine a realistic price point. We negotiate the offer and, once the property is under contract, guide them through inspections, loan approval, title company paperwork and the closing.
Finally, at Martha Turner Properties, our responsibility doesn't stop at closing. We continue to be a proven real estate resource for all of our clients well after closing.
