Our professional, in-house marketing and advertising staff originates themes, writes copy, and creates graphic design for our direct-mail, print and internet advertising including the Houston Chronicle and other national and local newspapers, PROPERTIES Magazine and other magazine media, ePROPERTIES internet magazine, special advertising campaigns, and the Martha Turner Properties Facebook page.
Our in-house publicist and writer promotes our listings, the company's achievements and sponsorships of local events, and our agents' community activities through various media including PROPERTIES magazine and national and local real estate magazines; the Houston Chronicle and neighborhood newspapers; local television stations; the Martha Turner Properties ePROPERTIES magazine and blog, and the Martha Turner Properties Facebook page.
When an individual who is not represented by a Realtor calls Martha Turner Properties for information about our listings, one of our sales associates is on call 24/7 to answer questions and schedule appointments to show them properties.
We maintain a team of licensed Realtors, on duty seven days a week, to book appointments for Realtors to bring potential buyers to our listings. These professionals manage and guide the appointment process from start to finish, and accompany the appointment - show the property - when required. They maintain seller information and showing instructions for more than 1,000 MTP listings, and keep MTP listing sales associates informed of all appointments.
Our IT team maintains day-to-day operations with a five office network that services approximately 300 sales associates, assistants, and support staff. Our company-wide video conferencing system allows management and staff to be available to the sales associates at all times for virtual training sessions and company meetings. We maintain a top-of-the-line Microsoft Exchange email system with redundancy and a 99.9% uptime.
Our web department maintains our presence on the web to allow consumers to search for homes or find an agent, whether they are using a mobile device or a desktop computer. It also maintains ePropertiesMag.com, our online magazine that showcases listings, special interest articles and our company blog.
Martha Turner Properties has three highly-experienced, knowledgeable sales managers on staff to guide and assist a sales force of more than 210 sales associates in five offices. Sales managers are on-call every day to answer questions and help with any issue that arises in the course of a transaction.
To ensure total and complete accuracy in our contracts, we have an experienced, licensed, full-time Contract Coordinator who reviews and manages the file for every sale pending in our company until closed and funded.
Our Director of Farming creates and maintains the accuracy of the agents' "farm" areas, neighborhoods that our sales associates prospect through support and participation in community events and direct mail campaigns; oversees all farming activities; and acts as a liaison for the sales associates and the company in matters involving Community Funds requests.
Our back-office support is our entire staff, including agent-assistants. This team is dedicated to the preparation and maintenance of a working environment that encourages and inspires our elite sales force.
